Stools are one of those items in any environment that serve many purposes and look cool.

Although I love armchairs,I'm not sure if we own more than 2 sitting-arm chairs. I seem to be pulled towards collecting stools for many reasons ever since my high school years : ) They actually serve as sculpture pieces to my eye, and from that point of view, they're awesome seats, side tables, step stools, kids mini-tables, shower/bath seats, outdoor garden tables and seats, and so much more. Right now Im using a few as my temporary book stack holder next to my desk (semi-desk/table/shelf? maybe)
